Tweaks for a Happier Relationship

Many couples feel their marriages are “fine.” They interact well, they argue minimally, they have a good day to day rhythm, but for most partners there is always room for improvement It’s not that fireworks need to go off in order to have a good marriage, but with some small tweaks, a relationship can feel better, happier, and healthier.

This simple daily practice is a surefire way for couples to strengthen their relationship. Make a point every evening to spend 5 minutes asking 3 simple questions.

  1. “How was your day?”

  2. “How are you feeling?”

  3. “Is there anything you need from me?”

When you ask these questions with genuine intention, and answer them with genuine intention, most likely you will feel genuinely supported.
